Red Magic recently teased the entrance of the “7 era” on Weibo, implying that “it is worth waiting for 7!” These signals are not subtleᅳthe future phones are rumored to have extremely huge displays. According to Leakster Digital Chat Station, the smartphone models 10 Pro and 10 Pro+ would have 7-inch flat, high-resolution screens with under-display cameras.
People often joke that phones are almost the same size as tablets these days, but with the future Red Magic launches, this is likely to become a reality.
But the real surprise is the 10 Ultra model, which is expected to push the boundaries even further with a 7+ inch display, probably about 7.5 inches. That is a lot for a non-foldable phone.
Red Magic with Snapdragon 8 Elite:
Red Magic also stated that these new models would be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite “Extreme Edition.” The brand has previously employed overclocked chips, so it’s difficult to foresee going above the already impressive 4.32GHz. However, with active cooling systems, these phones may be able to push limits that others cannot.
The specific release date for the 10 series has yet to be revealed, although it is expected soon.
